What is DropPace?+
DropPace turns every run into a share-ready piece of artwork. After you finish a run, pick a photo, pick a style, and we generate a one-of-one image with your route, your stats, and the chosen aesthetic applied on top.
Do I need an account?+
No. DropPace does not require sign-up. We don’t collect your name, email, or contact info. Your subscription is tied to your device and your Apple ID or Google Play account.
What does the 7-day Pro trial include?+
Full Pro Plus features for seven days, no credit card required. After the trial, you’re moved to the free tier (5 renders per week) unless you subscribe.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google. On iOS, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play → Subscriptions. Cancellation there takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
A render didn’t look right. Can I get a refund?+
We don’t charge per render — your subscription includes a render allowance. If you ran into a bug or paid for VIP credits that didn’t deliver, email us at [email protected]. Subscription refunds are handled by Apple or Google through their refund processes.
Can I use DropPace without giving it my photos?+
Yes. If you don’t pick a photo, we generate a stylized background so you still get a share image. The photo-as-canvas mode is the primary experience, but it’s opt-in.
What runs does DropPace see?+
Only the workouts you authorize through Apple HealthKit or Google Health Connect. We do not run continuous, real-time location tracking — we only read completed workouts.
