Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: June 12, 2026

Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what you may and may not do with DropPace. It is part of our Terms of Service and uses the same defined terms. By using DropPace you agree to follow it. If you break it, we may remove content, limit features, or suspend or terminate your access, as described below. You are solely responsible for the styles, stats, and inputs you select and for how you use, share, and commercialize the images you create.

1. Content you may not submit

Do not upload, generate, or share content that:

  • is illegal, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity;
  • sexually exploits or endangers a minor in any way — this is strictly prohibited and we report it to the authorities and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children;
  • is sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene;
  • depicts or identifies a real person without their consent, including intimate or compromising imagery;
  • infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights, or that you do not have the rights to use;
  • is designed to imitate, evoke, or reproduce a third party's trademark, logo, trade dress, copyrighted work or character, or a real person's name or likeness, or that implies an endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation that does not exist;
  • is hateful, harassing, threatening, or incites violence against people or groups;
  • is defamatory, fraudulent, or deliberately deceptive, including impersonating another person or implying a false endorsement; or
  • contains malware, or is designed to harm, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any system or data.

2. Conduct you may not engage in

Do not:

  • submit fabricated, spoofed, or manipulated workout data, or otherwise try to defeat or game the workout- and stat-validation features;
  • reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, models, or prompts behind the service, except where this restriction is prohibited by law;
  • scrape, crawl, or use bots or other automated means to access the service, or access it other than through the interfaces we provide;
  • select styles or craft inputs in order to generate an image that imitates or reproduces a third party's trademark, trade dress, copyrighted character or work, or a real person's likeness, or use, share, or commercialize any output without first obtaining any third-party permissions your use requires;
  • circumvent, disable, or interfere with usage limits, rate limits, quality tiers, security features, content provenance metadata, or platform billing;
  • abuse trials, promotions, or entitlements — for example, by creating multiple installations or identifiers to evade limits or obtain benefits you are not entitled to;
  • resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the service or DropPace-generated images as part of a competing or substantially similar product or service;
  • use the service to build, train, or benchmark a competing product or machine-learning model;
  • overload, disrupt, or impair the service or the networks and systems connected to it, or probe or test their vulnerability without our written permission; or
  • help anyone else do any of the above.

3. Respect other people and platforms

You are responsible for getting consent from anyone who appears in a photo you upload. When you share a DropPace image to a social platform or messaging app, you must also follow that platform's rules. Do not use DropPace in a way that would put us in violation of the Apple App Store or Google Play policies.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we consider appropriate, including removing or refusing to generate content, limiting or revoking features or entitlements, suspending or terminating access, and reporting activity to law enforcement. We are not obligated to monitor content, but we may review it to operate, secure, and improve the service and to enforce these rules. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent termination without refund, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

5. Reporting abuse

If you see content or behavior that violates this policy or that you believe is illegal — including a copyright, trademark, or brand concern (see our Copyright / DMCA Policy) — report it to [email protected]. So we can act quickly, include: (a) an explanation of why you believe the content is illegal or violates this policy; (b) the exact location of the content, such as the share link URL; (c) your name and email address; and (d) a statement that you believe your report is accurate and complete. We confirm receipt, review reports promptly and in good faith using automated checks and human review, act without undue delay, and reply with our decision and how to contest it. Reports of intimate or sexual imagery of an identifiable person shared without their consent are prioritized: we aim to remove such content within 48 hours of a valid report.

6. Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time and will revise the "Last updated" date above. Questions? Email [email protected].
